How much would dropping alcohol completely help me lose some weight? I feel like I binge food when I'm drunk. Not sure how true that is though.

    I moved from a legal weed state to the south temporarily and I've been drinking a lot more since as a result. I've gained like 20 pounds in the ~3 months I've been here. Alcohol fuckin sucks.

      alcohol really is the worst drug out there in terms of fun effects compared to the damage it does to your body. shit sucks
