Honestly I knew she had issues but I wasnt aware how transphobic she really was. Ive seen some of the NFOs and people speculating that shes reclaiming it or something but after today shes made it damn clear that she is transphobic and homophobic.     I'd be wary about empress cracks in general, unfortunately. I remember a couple of years ago she got blacklisted by fitgirl repacks over (idle, as far as anyone knows) threats to slip malware into cracks during one of her many tantrums. So far she hasn't been caught actually doing it, but given the level of obfuscation applied to the cracks and her frequent outbursts, it's not out of the question that she will or has.

      I'd be surprised if they ever do something like that, but it's not impossible. There are many people (myself included) who do test their work in a lot of ways. Including advancing the system time and looking for odd behavior. It's not nearly as hard to pick their work apart as compared to the DRM they're cracking.

      I run it the same way that I treat any software I don't trust, back in the day I'd use the ESEA Client with its highly invasive anti-cheat for Counter-Strike. Whether it's that or pirated software, it's run with the PC on a segregated network, booted into a separate OS without decrypting the hard disks where my personal or identifying data sits (which are backed up, alternately they could be physically disconnected).

      Was it over threats? From what I’ve gathered, FG didn’t like how empress’ cracks were encrypted because of the possibility of malware being put in. And that offended empress and still does even though this occurred years ago

          na its even dumber. She doesnt mind repackers like dodi and used to not care about fitgirl but apperently fitgirl (the repacker) may or may not be a man and that idea threw empress in to an absolute fit.

      its sucks shes literally the only one able to crack denovu (publicly). Best thing to do is wait for her to release her shit then wait like a couple more hours to grab the repacks. I think fitgirl said she wont do anymore cause emprss is such a garbage person but dodi might as far as I know and theyre not putting their rep on the line unless they themselves tested the crack a fuck ton.
