I'd just encourage people not to look through this individual's communications for any reason really. When they publish cracks, they are available in many forums and any place you'd normally use and trust the moderators to do their job. If they haven't published anything, oh well.
In the meantime, there's no real point or benefit to anyone to antagonize or engage with people who do this kind of work (unless you'd prefer fewer preservable versions of games which consumed many many hours of labor). It's pretty crazy how much stuff has been lost to certain communities, like in the context of DOOM birthing speedrunning and whatnot that we have only a handful of playable versions of DOOM (2016) or Eternal other than the latest one.
Just leave them be, nobody will ever know who they are unless they get caught, at which point they will no longer be able to employ their useful skills for the wider public's benefit.
I'd be wary about empress cracks in general, unfortunately. I remember a couple of years ago she got blacklisted by fitgirl repacks over (idle, as far as anyone knows) threats to slip malware into cracks during one of her many tantrums. So far she hasn't been caught actually doing it, but given the level of obfuscation applied to the cracks and her frequent outbursts, it's not out of the question that she will or has.
I'd be surprised if they ever do something like that, but it's not impossible. There are many people (myself included) who do test their work in a lot of ways. Including advancing the system time and looking for odd behavior. It's not nearly as hard to pick their work apart as compared to the DRM they're cracking.
I run it the same way that I treat any software I don't trust, back in the day I'd use the ESEA Client with its highly invasive anti-cheat for Counter-Strike. Whether it's that or pirated software, it's run with the PC on a segregated network, booted into a separate OS without decrypting the hard disks where my personal or identifying data sits (which are backed up, alternately they could be physically disconnected).

Im not fully in the know on that but from what I gather over the years is they keep their real gender a secret for opsec. Could be a man or a women. They might have even confirmed it recently which maybe set off the rant but as far as I know I dont think ive seen people or fitgirl identify as trans but again I dont know. I was much more active on the crackwatch sub when there was an actual scene.

Opsec makes this really blurry, I can't seem to get a certain answer either way and don't think I will get one but I'm not really happy with being uncertain about it. I err on the side of caution obviously and that means being forced to see it as transphobia to be on the safe side but I can't shake this feeling that it might not be, especially with the way these NFOs read like some kink I've seen.

The fitgirl one was just a more recent rant thing and Im not fully sure its about transphobia as thats a whole drama within the drama so I havent read all their interactions with her. Shes pissed that a man (her accusation, no verification) is named/pretending to be a girl online (despite that being a small form of opsec)
