    Anyone can squat if they just commit to it and do daily stretches. I recommend it

      I've gotten so much better at squatting over the past year of "practicing" (seems a weird way to put such a normal activity). I feel like I unlocked a super power. It's great. My hips are flexible now in ways they never were before and I've always been fairly active in general.
