This generally is quite a good daily game that I recommend everybody play - really helps with baseline geographical literacy. That "Palestine" is a country option instead of West Bank or Occupied Territories is good even.
But yeah this was a real :picard-direct-action: moment.

Yeah I mean they aren't all "countries", they're pretty explicit about that that they're just using a list of countries/territories etc.. If I was the creator of this game I wouldn't wade into adjudicating individual cases of territorial legitimacy across the globe either :shrug-outta-hecks:
Given this, OP, the crimea thing mentioned below, it kinda seems like they are adjudicating all of these cases.
I stopped playing this game when it had Ukraine with Crimea on it once.
