Officials in the German capital of Berlin have introduced new rules for public swimming pools and bathing facilities, allowing women to use them topless.     That's cool. I know it's legal in my country generally but I never thought to check if that extends to public pools. Seems like it is in some places but seems like it has to be rigorously fought in each individual city because cities run the public schools.
