Get a bidet, you probably have a hemorrhoid. It's far more likely to be that than pinworms.
Pinworms usually cause persistent itching which you'll notice at night time, not occasional acute itching. Diagnosing is kind of a gross process, but if you don't want to embarrass yourself by having another person inspect your asshole, you can cure them with pyrantel pamoate which is an over the counter drug (around or a bit under $20 for two doses) taken once now and again in 2 weeks. Don't fuck around with horse dewormer, wrong dosage and regimen. Also, if you have pinworms, everyone in your house (including pets) has them, even if they don't notice it. Almost everyone with pinworms is going to be symptomless.
Depending on your budget and style preferences, as well as where you are, luxe bidet is good on the low end, otherwise you can't go wrong with a toto at the high end. On the lower end of high end, the brondell swash is around $250
Not at all, the luxe bidet ones are around that price, I just figured I'd offer a recommendation of a high end one since there's basically no way to go wrong on the cheap end as they're all exactly the same product at that price. The pricier market is confusing and people sometimes end up spending way more than they have to or getting something worse because they want a fancy washlet instead of just a standard attachment bidet.

This thread has convinced me to get a bidet. Brand recommendations?
