I remember before on Hexbear we looked at various sources all relatively named the same thing "MilitaryNewsSource.com" lining up and spouting out similar lines. Something to the effect of :
"Yeah actually the problem with the American Military is that its TOO small. We can't recruit right now and all our ships and equipment are falling apart"
Specifically for the express purpose of aging boomers taking these articles immediately to facebook sharing them and screaming "SEE WE NEED TO INCREASE THE MILITARY BUDGET!" and then at the same time when leftists/others share the article as an "own", it has a side effect of further disseminating the information/lie.

it's not like this is a problem where throwing money at defense contractors will do anything
you'd need to actually help the material conditions of the recruiting pool and that's not happening
