This article is basically a landlord complaining they can't evict people in winter anymore, claiming it's ok evictions are rare, only 100 families a year are violently removed from their homes in Seattle, most leave after just the threat of violence.
He also suggests that housing being a non-profit enterprise is somehow infringing on people's rights? Idk how someone could write this and not think "am I the bad guy"?
