      I still don't understand how this works. Don't federal judges rule over circuits? How does a federal judge in Texas force the FDA to stop allowing medicine nationally instead of just within whatever circuit Texas in in?

          So then the ruling does not actually affect the rest of the country (yet)? The FDA would only have to change its rule for the place under his jurisdiction unless a circuit or supreme court expands that? Or is there some weird thing in the FDA bylines that says any judge can force you to stop allowing a drug nationwide?

              Lmao so they really set it up so a random low level judge can destroy the national FDA? Federalism delende est. What if a state judge elsewhere rules the FDA must allow the drug? Does the FDA get to choose who to listen to until a higher court inevitably says something?
