I guess the whole thing is about the children's camps that a Grayzone reporter actually visited months ago. The Yale research group couldn't visit the camps themselves because the Russian government considers them to be US intelligence. So being the innocent, independent, civilian researchers that they are they just turned to their friends at the US Indo-Pacific Command to use their satellites instead.
