I mean, there are lots of blanks to fill for Fallout's lore. Props for them taking them on, I guess.
For context, the NCR, a Bourgeois republic with all that entails, is categorized under "Rule of the Many". Doesn't surprise me at the mod authors, like most Fallout fans who aren't (openly) fascist, are libs lol
