We were house sitting a rich people's place that had a heated pool in the fall. They also had a large Great Dane. We decided to take shrooms and enjoy the pool. The dog started howling. It became increasingly agitated and whining. It ended up hiding in the back of the yard behind some bushes. Anytime we tried to approach it it would lash out aggressively. Eventually it died. My friend and I had to load up a dead Great Dane into the back of his van take it to the emergency vet where they told us that the dog had a cyst in its lung that burst and it slowly drowned on land. The family came back while we were high on shrooms in the waiting room of the vet and proceeded to freak out. They tried to blame us but the vet insisted it was a health issue and not our fault. Worst trip ever. Always keep a sober friend with you, I don't know what we would have done otherwise.
