That’s it, that’s the post. The vibes in amerikkka are seriously fucked. People here (I’m in LatAm atm) are so much nicer and calmer.

USians have no culture, the only culture left is being an asshole. I feel so much better not having to look at stickers with AR-15s or Calvin pissing on things or fuck Biden or fuck trump or whatever.

Been here just under a week and am not homesick in the slightest bit. Stepping out really has made me realize how close people are to just ripping each other to shreds in the states at the moment. Trying to pick fights and shit.

Can’t wait to go back 🙄

Do miss my cat tho

What happens if you just… don’t pay? If you’re leaving for good then what’s the point of paying? Unless you’re going somewhere with extradition treaties

This kind of debt never goes away and grows with interest so if I ever came back it would be there and bigger. I also have some other debt that was co-signed by parents and they would be responsible if I didn’t pay.

After seven years the unpaid debt drops off your record and if they don't have your new international number they can't call you.

Truly the land of the free. Free to fuck over as many people as possible, that is. No regulation of APR. Shit is criminal. You're dealing with student loan(s) from the sound of it though. That's a whole different load of BS. Thanks Biden.

The co-signed one is a student loan, the other ones are debts with the federal government, not taxes but something else, long story.
