"Have a common problem? Try this massively expensive, life-changing solution that is really only practical for someone with a fair amount of a specific type of education and desirable job skills!"

If there's one thing that drives me crazy about the media, is that they genuinely forgot that poor people exist. They just assume everyone is a millionaire.

Americans really don't like living anywhere but America. They whine like you wouldn't believe the first time they try to go to a Chipolte and find out they don't exist.

Then they throw a temper tantrum and they spend the rest of their time in a country with amazing cuisine ordering Starbucks, Subway, McDonald's and KFC every day. These people exist, I've seen them.

On Reddit I saw a thread where people were talking about Poland (and EU?) companies sometimes offering gym/sports club/restaurant memberships as employment benefits instead of healthcare because healthcare's already free in those countries and an American comes in and says something like 'but you have to keep in mind, these places usually don't have 24/7 diners. Want yummy pancakes at 1AM? Too bad.' I called them a loser and they deleted their post, so I'm guessing this wasn't some fedposter. Absolute fucking losers though, oh my god.

Have they ever heard of cooking? But please tell me that they were trolling.

This just bolsters my desire to GTFO even more, all :grillman: cares about is his right to consume. He would gladly trade away healthcare, a clean environment, housing treating as housing and not a treasure to be hoarded by the rich exclusively, and even his own salary if it meant that he never had to think in his life, just consume more, more, and MORE. :grillman: is smug when he shouldn't be.
