I feel the first episode could be rewritten as a movie itself lmao. Have it be about being a young woman in the entertainment industry, with the plot device of the reincarnating twins, who have their own B story obviously. It'd be pretty entertaining imo. As it stands, it's still good as a prologue, but obviously the actual show can't be judged based on it (too much). We'll have to see how well they do the mystry.
I don't really buy Aqua as an actor, if his only redeeming trait was being able to act like a creepy child (by being his normal self). I know the show is pushing for him to "present the feeling the director/writer are unable to even write down" but you also need acting chops. That'll probably be a part of the plot. Ruby will of course show the idol side of things. I wish they'd set the prologue to around 2010 or so, then the twins could be entering HS right now. It'd show the difference in the industry from then till now. As it stands, I don't know if they'll show how the industry has changed in the decade or so since Ai died. Or maybe I just missed that part?
It's definitely interesting. But you probably could have begun at the end too. Just give a brief synopsis of the backstory if needed, or better yet, just show it a lil bit through flashbacks. And if the show was successful, package the prologue as a proper movie.
Anyways, I'm rambling. Which means I like it, actually. I like it enough to talk about it properly lol.
