      The leading chuds being way less smart and competent than the hype waves that carry them claim that they are is a good thing. :trump-anguish: :solidarity: :my-hero:

      I'm not doubting that there are very smart and talented people working under them, but they are hobbled constantly by executive meddling.

    Arguably, the way marketing hype takes precedence over actual reality may very well hobble capitalism's goal setting alongside any material limitations to goals being attempted.

    Chatbots being successfully called "AI" to dilute the concept of artificial intelligence and effectively take over the definition and lower the bar comes to mind. Most recently, so does the "this bazinga rocket failed to do a fraction of what a Saturn V could do half a century ago, big success for the free market" media campaign.
