When I visited Dublin and London my friends out there informed me that the reason there wasn't 7% strong ipas and whatnot and generally just stuff 5% and lower was because the high ABV stuff lead to people going crazy. Which I absolutely believe, most of the friends I've met from Europe get blitzed like it's casual.

Unfortunately we didn't go to a spoons. Also unfortunately cocaine started flowing freely right before we got out there and I spent a lot of my mornings just nursing my friends hangovers which kinda screwed my trip over, lol
