Yeah like I got up and noticed blood drops on the floor so I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and the whole left side of my face was covered in blood.
Update still fine but I also bruised the fuck out of my wrist. Might have to call out from work tomorrow.
I once cut my hand open cutting squash and had to go to the ER for stitches. I got so bored waiting, I drew pentagrams in blood on stuff since I was still bleeding out.
Facial wounds always look bad. Between people being kinda shit as estimating liquid volume, and the capillary density of the face, even minor lacerations will make you look like a horror film extra.
Yeah I always laugh when someone in a movie has a cut on their forehead where it’s bleeding so little you can still see skin on their face, but then afterwards they still have a cool scar up there. Face cuts heal extremely quickly and cleanly compared to other parts of your body and there is so much blood for even a scratch. Guess it meets most people’s expectations, though. Like horses with coconut feet.
