    Sorry, I didn't mean to imply the same end goal as Gladio. I agree with your assessment that breakdown and paranoia is driving a lot of this...but reports are already coming out that the feds knew this dude in Allen. Take it for what it's worth, but mass shootings keep the public in check while allowing alphabet agencies to do what they do best.

      To be honest i think this is just incompetance and not actual gladio type planning. Those days are long gone.

      His an informant that's why it took awhile to id him. So they could get their story straight.

      This happens all the time

      The feds or mounties if you are in Canada get an informant. They start to press that informant over this and that over time. Eventually the informant snaps and goes on the a killing spree.
