    I think racial undertones are always a factor. And I have no doubt this story would be playing different with a white victim instead.

    However you've hit the issue squarely. This isn't a (public) case of a black person being murdered. It's the case of an untouchable being removed. Liberals are fine with it.

    Just like they're fine with the zone being removed in Phoenix. And they're fine with making homelessness a crime. All the while being a couple paychecks away. I speak for myself here. I make more money than my parents ever have. And in this moment now I'm the closest I've ever been to homelessness.
