reminds me of dutch protestant emphasis on street-visible windows so everyone can see how they have 'nothing to hide'; when they just beat their kids/wife/servants in a different room
that is unfortunate and its the only reason at all i still keep any kind of social media like instagram, i just use it exclusively to contact people i have met. but a lot of people ask for snapchat and, even as a gen Z person, i still can't understand that app.
