Some other tier lists put Ho Chi Minh in the S-tier, but in my opinion his AOE damage just isn't as useful in the late game as Stalin's and Mao's high single-target DPS. Still, he is a solid pick that can fit in almost any team comp.

I can read some of the country names but have no idea about most of the people lol. Guessing these are chairs of Communist parties of various nations. Pretty sure that's Hoxha, bottom row, second from right.
Anyone who's better at faces or Chinese know who everyone is?
The guy next to Uncle Ho is Kim Il-Sung
Everyone else I'd have to puzzle out / look up. Not exactly household names. Top row first two are Maurice Thorez of France and Wilhelm Pieck of Germany.
