The thing is that it's calvinball, the rules are made up and enforced inconsistently on purpose.

International Law, ie. UN resolutions, are actual real and explicit and clear. They aren't enforced consistently you're right, because the US is the one doing the enforcing. However, it should be extremely obvious to any law worshipping Liberal that their precious Western governments are blatant criminals by even their own standards, and they should have that rubbed in their face.
