There is absolutely nothing provided with this image that would give us any definite indication of where it came from, or who made it.
It came from a suspended reddit user who spouted race essentialism talking points on different dating subtreddits and the comic was eventually cited in an incel wiki of some sort.
How would you actually know any of that unless you were, yourself, already in-deep with whatever community this comic came from?

I just reverse searched with google images. Found the username and the former threads he used to post. Found the incel wiki through it. It’s really easy tbh.
