Hong Kong used to be THE place to go to get a tailored suit. Now I don't know, it's been a long time, but the rigamarole used to be: fly in to Hong Kong, get measured, cross the border to China to get your business done, and on the way out pick up your now-finished suits. Excellent quality and nowhere near what you'd pay in New York or Paris.
