I don't think she'd never call in some favors (or a lot of favors) to create a war chest of - say - a few dozen million to anonymous throw feces at Trump via attack ads. I can't explain it well and my own explanation only makes partial sense to me - but she strikes me as far too vain. She doesn't want to spend any effort getting revenge. She's still dreaming of beating him at the ballot box.
