It's funny, but if you reverse the roles, it would better fit the narrative that's spun around the US and China. The US is currently engaged in a very cowardly tactic of sacrificing the lives of people from other nations for their ambitions rather than enter into a war that would cost them immensely to recover from after its end (what with the government having to put band-aids over serious systemic issues), whereas China is trying to be the grown up in the room; if you flip the scenario, it better fits the low-key racist view people have of China.
Military rankings are garbage because it gives big-brains like this guy the impression that countries are like Yugioh cards which can be deployed on equal footing, removed from any geopolitical context whatsoever. If we were to match up countries that would never fight a conventional war with each other, the ROK's military could practically roll over most contenders in an offensive conflict, save the PLA.
