All of the links there are shit even the old ones are not any better like this its a story by some caricature named cracker who seems to have built an entire career of being the "Chinese correspondent", citing "No First Name" Zhang telling an outline of why China might need this. No facts or anything and the only other source is surprise surprise a literal San Francisco based NGO "working to free political prisoners" lol.
