I actually have some vague memories of an article kind of like that, I think it was more broadly about monuments to war criminals (so, also counting the various Eastern European collaborators), wish I could remember what it was called. The main takeaway was that evil authoritarian Russia actually had basically none, while wholesome NATO-allied democracies like Ukraine (well, NATO-wannabe anyway) & the Baltic countries were chock-full of them.
