I'm really excited for an Armored Core game that has a big budget. I actually completely forgot that FromSoft did the series, but I absolutely fell in love with Armored Core 2 and the only reason I've not come back is that a lot of the games feel very devoid in their level designs.

I think it'll turn out great if it's kind of like sekiro. AC at its best rewarded tight fast reactions and movement, and while I'm sure they'll make slow builds decent I think making those fast mech builds shine more will really elevate the game
