i dont see how acknowledging japan's poor social safety and awful working conditions leading to less romantic relationships and less people wanting to raise a family is 'reddit'
Real misanthropic hours down there. I live in never ending physical pain and I swear I hate life/humanity less than some people on here.
Like I probably won't have kids, but I'm not going to take a farther sharing his story about how fulfilled he was to have children as a personal attack. It's why I hate the childfree crowd so much even if I probably don't want kids myself.
I think gosplan is talking about a comment thread further down where a parent shared his story of how wonderful being a farther is to him and a bunch of users took it personally.
I remember arguing with another anti-natalist loser on Hexbear dot net. Your valid (and invalid) grievances over your parents and your personal distaste towards children isn't a real politic. Anti-natalism really should be a banable offense at this point. If people living in apartheid Palestine still have it in them to raise kids, people not living in a genocidal apartheid regime can have kids too.
