100%, either make it quick or make it comfortable IMO. Regardless of how stupid anyone would have to be to get into that sub or how evil you'd need to be to have $250k to blow on an "experience" like this, it's something out of a horror movie.
Unironically firing line or guillotine are probably both the quickest and least painful forms of execution. 5 bullets to the heart/clean decapitation are going to almost immediately cause someone to lose consciousness from blood loss/shock. Even if there was a moment of conscious pain, it'll be but a moment. As compared to botched executions like by hanging, lethal injection, or electricity, it's mere seconds of pain vs minutes to days.
But I mean, for Nazis, I will tolerate a quick drop down a long mineshaft. We have tradition to consider.

E: To be clear, I'm not going to scold someone for having the urge, but I wouldn't torture a fascist before killing them because it would be of no material benefit and there are other things I'd rather be doing. I'd just prefer to rid the world of them quickly so as to be able to focus on other, more pleasant pursuits.
