I'm not sure if the shooting can be considered a mass shooting. A fight broke out between people at a party and they started popping off. Then others in the crowd starting shooting in response. Police found casings of five different calibers at the scene. Still very American, though.

You know, there's nothing stopping common citizens from writing letters to the Chinese embassy asking for assistance on these kinds of matters. It'd be a fairly funny and damming piece of propaganda they could use if they received enough of them.

Gonna be really funny in 10 years when the desperation is so severe that it breaks through the racism and propaganda, resulting in city and state requests for chinese infrastructure aid and investment which get shot down by the federal government. Apparently the opposite of this actually happened 10 years ago, when someone from the federal government requested chinese investment and aid out of desperation, and then states shot it down due to racism.
