The average full-time building manager earns $92,000 USD for managing around 150 properties, and arranging maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for all of them, often doing nonspecialised tasks personally. I strongly doubt there's a landlord above "old lady with a spare room" level who actually puts in that level of work.
