        It provides a reliable higher level of dopamine and a flush of endorphins. People absolutely get addicted to exercise. And that's great! We're adapted to move and exert ourselves.

    This is literally the most mild and intuitive things you could do for any of this stuff.

    Make it easier to think about going for a run and just don't have the most unhealthy stuff in the house so you dont get tempted.

    This asshole would need a 12 step GPT plan to find out the stove is hot, and the plan would just be "put your hand on it".

      If it's any consolation though, at least some of the Jordan Peterson consumer base that needs a perceived authority figure to tell them to do basic stuff, will instead turn to AI for that prompting.
