Purges of the bureaucracy are generally a bad thing, but in this case, when you have so many people who participated in this program, I feel like there is no choice. Going along with this instead of reporting it displays such a warped sense of morality that I think such people are fundamentally unfit to participate in society in any position but as a prisoner.
