In signing the state budget, Gov. Tony Evers used his broad partial veto powers to make permanent annual per-pupil increases for public schools.

Unfathomably funny- He also just removed virtually all of the awful republican line items from the budget, so they got nothing.

Everyone please keep doing this to chuds forever. Just veto out letters from their bullshit to make the entirely different legislation you want instead.

    He should do that by doing the line item veto trick on some parliamentary decorum legislation. Like oh you thought you were giving yourself a long weekend? Guess what.
