I haven't seen this one before! I have a big variety of bees thanks to my native wildflowers, but this lady is a newcomer. Any idea what she is? I'm in Ohio.

That's after my extensive ~2 minutes of googling. I don't know much about bees. You could ask at r/bees.
It looks too small to be a carpenter bee and it looks like there's a decent amount of hair on her thorax, which in my experience would rule out carpenter bee. Probably Melissodes bimaculatus.
