Honestly you could probably convert your friends because it shows class dynamics very well and if the working class don't use their communist abilities winning as the capitalist class is easy every time.
*checks the boardgame's price
yep it's half my monthly salary. why the fuck these little shits are so expensive?
They take a long time to make and are manufactured and sold in very small quantities. Tabletop sim and discord is usually the way https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2652586902
tabletop sim mods are hard to get when you're pirating it and most cloud services block your ip, and my internet is too slow to handle downloading with a vpn. even then our internet is too laggy to play.
setting all that aside getting my friends to go all through this to play a boardgame when all of them are MOBA addicts is the biggest obstacle. i tried once and we couldn't get past the second session. i guess it wasn't just meant to be.
From the picture, it looks like it has similar mechanics to Everdell, with more clear class politics.
Leftist meme in boardgame form.
Just kidding, I love this shit. Just played Arcs last night and it rules.
Thanks for the rec OP, just picked up a copy! Hopefully I can convince other people to play it with me. I've also been playing Spirit Island recently which is a lot of fun.
