Reminder that this is just the beginning of year 4.
This shit is gonna go on for decades and people that aren't thinking beyond the present aren't going to fare well.
Only individuslist solutions are permitted... so I guess that's what we get to talk about.
Lefties should live the masked-indoors-in-public life as much as possible so that we are healthier than everyone else.
Only individuslist solutions are permitted... so I guess that's what we get to talk about.
The collective solutions basically requires overthrowing capitalism, which make the "back to normal" leftists particularly saddening to me.
100%. It's a constant reminder of either how far we have to go, or how we need to learn more lessons on the powerbof normalization propaganda.
Absolutely. I'm not sure the two are indistinguishable, honestly. I had really hoped that Citations Needed would do a break down on the shift of covid messaging over the years and how it basically enabled social murder, but I'm noticing that there seem to be some topics (like china?) that they prefer to avoid.
It's true they avoid certain topics, but it does feel like Adam is fighting against his (self-imposed) muzzle more frequentpy, lol.
I completely disagree. Long covid in kids isn't going to be an issue at all.
They'll starve to death from climate change induced crop failures first.
I mean, eventually? But it's not gonna be applied evenly and all at once.
The covid response and specifically the lack thereof and the reaction that rolled back what little response there was was terminal "let people enjoy things" that has sickened and killed millions of people, but at least there's unlimited refills at TGI Friday's and the chocolate fountain flows at the Golden Corral.
This is bad, but it's not our fault for sending kids back to get sick in schools, because we didn't have the data at the time
So do something about it now?
Well, now it's too late. The data shows that the kids already got sick
