That quote has been used many times, even by Leftists. When people use it, it's not supporting Goebbels or the Nazis, but showing your opponents are experts at using lies to manufacture truthes.
I wish people would understand the corollary of the quote: propagandists would eventually start believing in their own lies because they hear themselves say it so many times.
