The enemy never value their own lives or the lives of their people, even though bizarrely they tend to include in their demands a stop to the indiscriminate killings of their people; also they don't value their own lives or their people's yet the military still go after their families and engage in revenge killings against unaffiliated civilians as though it would have an impact.....on people who don't value life.

Crazy....they don't value life but they keep acting like they do. Also very odd that all our geopolitical rivals share this same cultural trait.
