You don't have to make something to be its primary audience. Those old-school Flash animations, especially the greatest hits people still reference like that badger song, were made by Gen X, but Black Albino Sheep and Newgrounds were almost completely populated by middle/high school millennials. We're just starting to reach a point where you have zoomer creators making shit for a gen alpha audience.
