      His bail was set at $15,000 but he was released on personal recognizance after an initial July 24 appearance.

      This indicted child-trafficker didn't even have to post bail!!??

      Look I'm all opposed to ending cash bail but this fucker should've had his bail revoked and housed in the county jail until trial.

      I don't get how they do this down Missouri way...
