Happens to me at least once a week. I'll dream I get some horrible irresistible craving and end up eating a meatball sandwich or something. Makes me feel like shit every time.

I have before. Often those are combined with working on farms where humans are being farmed as well and then eating that human meat
Oof. Thankfully, mine have never been quite that bad.
