This is in progress, we needed some last minute clarification on one issue before going forward with federation, but we are now fully federation capable, it's basically just a toggle away now
Can you toggle it on and off like a cat playing with some string on a stick?

The funniest bit would be to do all this buildup to federation, only to just... never actually turn it on.
I think this last update was mainly just to remove the
www.part of the site URL, which was one of the last things keeping Hexbear from federating. Federating itself doesn't require site downtime
