Got a lot in our CSA this month, not something we usually have, looking for ideas!
baby bok choy halved lengthwise, tossed in sesame oil, sprinkle of coarse salt, then put them on the grill
I used to toss kale leaves in oil and seasoning and then bake it on low heat, like 200 degrees until it crisps up
Just be careful about crowding the baking trays with too much or it's difficult to get it the right texture because there is quite a bit of moisture.
I like to halve bok choi (I usually get the baby ones) and then cook them in a wok with oil, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Finish with some sesame oil and toss in a bowl with cold rice noodles, tofu, and some other goodies and top with a red curry sauce - rice noodle bowl! Great for shitty hot summer days
That panting better be because you threw some bird's eye chillis on top
Minced - gets it super gingery and I don't have to wash the grater afterwards lol
Edit: Haven't made this before, but this recipe looks super dope: https://thewoksoflife.com/bok-choy-tofu-skin/
Stir-fried kale & baby potato subji, with cumin/chili/turmeric.
Serve with Chapattis, a hot pickle and yoghurt.
chopped kale tossed into a veggie soup just enough to wilt before you eat it is really yummy
