Yeah, it's rough. There are extremely good reasons for the rules that schools have against touching the kids. It sucks though, because everybody needs a hug sometimes. That's one thing I struggled with when I was working in schools. You're a trusted adult and a kid wants a hug, but it's not a good idea.
