My dad literally gave my wife and I like 7 fat cucumbers and my wife, who loves cuc's is afraid she wont be able to eat them all.
Cut them up and put them in your water bottle! It's delicious and refreshing and it apparently helps you hydrate cos cuc's have potassium which is an electrolyte. I put them in there the night before and leave the bottle in the fridge overnight. Then refill the bottle at lunchtime and when I get home, then chuck the slices in the compost at the end. Lovely!
Should get him to grow lemon cucumbers, I can eat those all day.
I'll pass that along, he's got so much growing in the worst soil imaginable.
They're about apple sized and the skins are super thin, usually just sprinkle a little salt and you're golden.
